Check-In

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and warm up

Format

• 4 teams → Double round robin, games to 11 (win by 1)

• 5 teams → Round robin, then single-elimination playoff

• 6 teams → Round robin + medal matches (Gold & Bronze)

• 7–8 teams → Round robin

• 12 Teams → Two pools, Round robin, Medal Matches for Top 2 Teams in each pool, Separate Gold medal match for 50+

Rules / Format

Tournament Highlights:

• Non-DUPR sanctioned

• Quick Bracket Play: Finish within 3.5 hours with a minimum of 5 matches (4 matches to 15 if applicable)

• Custom Medals: Awarded to the top 3 teams

• Complimentary Water and snack for all players.

Note: Some age groups may be combined or grouped differently for optimal round-robin groupings.

• 8 courts available

Tournament Format

• Round-Robin Play: Guaranteed minimum of 5 games (4 game minimum will play 15 point rounds), depending on bracket size.

• Tiebreakers: Head-to-head results, followed by points.

Registration Guidelines

• Enter Both Players’ Information: During checkout, ensure you enter your partners information.

• Waiver Agreement: By registering, you and your partner acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Waiver, Release of Liability, and Participant Conduct Agreement. Please review the document carefully before completing your registration.

• Payment Options: Credit Cards are accepted safe and secure through Wix Payments.

• Confirmation: After successful online registration, you will receive a confirmation email and your name will added to the division.

• Refund Policy: Please review refund policy during checkout.

• Changes: Email golphfather@gmail.com before the registration deadline for any changes (partners, divisions, contact info, etc.). No changes will be allowed after the deadline.

Rules

• Official Ball: FRANKLIN

• Regulations: USAPA 2025 pickleball rules apply. Only USAPA-approved paddles are permitted. Net serves are in continuous play. Out calls must be clear and loud.

• Age & Rating Compliance: Both partners must be aged 50+(or turn 50 in year 2025) to enter the 50+ division. If one partner is under 50, the team must enter the 12+ division. Partners can play above their DUPR rating but not below. If both partners are rated 3.49 or below, they may enter the 3.0 division. For the 3.5 division, both must be rated 3.99 or below. DUPR ratings are checked 3 days before end of registration.

• Disqualification: Registering in a lower division than your rating may result in disqualification.

Spectator Information

• Spectators are welcome – bring your own chair or mats.

How Teams Earn Points

• Podium Finishes Earn Team Points

  • Gold – 5 points

  • Silver – 3 points

  • Bronze – 2 points

• Points are combined across all divisions.
